February 13, 2020

On Thursday, February 13, 2020, ETI Vice President, Charles Mitchell attended the joint dinner meeting held by the Baltimore/Washington Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI) at Maggiano’s Tysons Galleria in McLean, VA.  The dinner meetings are held quarterly throughout the year as an open forum for chapter members to network and exchange ideas on new technologies and methods.

During the meeting’s festivities, SK&A Project Manager, Michael Camarda along with Bill Martell of CP&R gave a presentation on the Watergate Office Building’s façade, exterior, and garage restoration project.  The building’s repair program addressed structural deficiencies, architectural features, and operational improvements.  The Watergate Office Building was also awarded first place for outstanding repair project in 2019 by the Baltimore/Washington Chapter of ICRI.
